Online Ordering Instructions
Step 1 - Register

Step 1 – Register for online ordering
Before you can commence you need to register for online ordering. If you have not registered
email marketing@dexionbalcatta.com.au.
Step 2 – Log in
Visit www.dexionbalcatta.com.au. Click 'Purchase Online' at the top of the page.
On the following page type in your Login ID and Password and click the ‘login’ button.
To change your password, click the ‘My Details’ button on the toolbar on the left hand side of the screen.
Enter details as required, and click ‘Submit’ to finalise.
Step 3 – Find Products
Click the ‘order’ button on the red navigation bar on the left hand side of the page. The product
categories will be displayed. Click on the category heading you are interested in to view the
sub-categories. Click on the sub-category you are interested in to view products.
If you know the part numbers for the items you’d like to order, click ‘Quick Order’ instead.
Enter the part numbers and quantities of the items you want to order.
Click ‘Finalise’ on the red navigation bar on the left hand side of the page to view what you’ve
ordered. If you are happy with the products and quantities in your trolley, click the ‘submit’ button.
Go to Step 5.
Step 4 – Select Products
To order a product enter the amount you’d like to order in the box on the right hand side of the
product description and click on the trolley icon to add the item/s to your shopping trolley. Repeat
this process until you have selected each product you’d like to order. Click ‘Finalise’ on the red
navigation bar on the left hand side of the page to view what you’ve ordered. If you are happy
with the products and quantities in your trolley click the ‘submit’ button.
Create a Standard Order
If you wish to order the same products with us a number of times, you can create a standard order.
In the order screen (shown above) select the products and quantities you want to be part of your
standard order. When you get to the submit screen (shown below), click the 'Add to STD' button
on the toolbar on the left hand side of the screen.
Check the products and quantities of your standard order are correct, and click the ‘Submit button
on the toolbar on the left hand side of the screen. Proceed to Step 5.
Step 5 – Check Out
Enter your details as requested and click ‘submit’. The fields in bold are mandatory.
Click 'print' on the red navigation bar on the left hand side of the page to print your order. Click
"Thank You for Your Order" when printing is complete to return to the home page.
Step 6 – Log Out
Click 'Logout' on the red navigation bar on the left hand side of the page to end your session.
